Pre-order items are products that are made, prepared, or finalized after your purchase is placed.

STANDARD DROP SHIPPING

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Dovré is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping provider.

If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information at checkout.

Dovré is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
